I'm sorry butcrooms need updated. I felt like I was taken back in time to the 70's. Howard Johnson way back then was an okay place to stay back in the day. Room felt old and I did not feel fresh staying there. The mattress was waves just looking at it. The curtains were way too heavy, dust collectors. I opened them up and you could see all the dust particles in the air floating around. Not good for allergies. Modern stream lined roller shades would be much cleaner, easier to maintain. The continental breakfast in lobby was really good though.
