The lady who checked us in was extremely helpful. We had an upstairs room and she found us a downstairs because of my husbands inability to navigate stairs with luggage. We were also having trouble with the key card and she came out without me requesting to help us. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and service.
The beds were good. Having supper and breakfast was convenient but mediocre. But the room needed attention: knob on bathroom door needed tightening badly, main door had air gap at bottom letting in debris, there was dirt in the corners, the toilet was badly stained, air conditioner sounded like a motor boat, even though reservation was made by phone the desk didn't know it was for a pet room and didn't have my Wyndham number. It was too expensive for what you got.
Room was clean.
