Front desk super nice! Room is clean and comfortable. Impressed when trying to make reservation at Best Western (too expensive), rep called me back and suggested Quality Inn. All in all, very happy with experience.
Desk clerk was on personal call and having a screaming match when we arrived. She was unkept and lobby was dirty. room floors were dirty in the room, needed to be vacuumed. all in all a mess.
Upon entering the room (202), a squirt bottle with a towel had been left on the counter by the room sink. A dirty towel had been left on the bathroom door hook. A bottle of something that had been attached to the wall by the bathroom sink had fallen off and was laying in the sink. I took these items to the front desk and the night clerk said "Wow. I wonder how that happened." No apology. In the morning, I spoke with the manager, who did sincerely apologize. For the room and for the night guy's lack of concern. He did give me a significant discount. One redeeming factor. The bed was very comfortable. However, the rest of the place needs a lot of work. Wouldn't recommend staying here if you can help it. Lots of freeway noise.
