my checkin was stressful and the temp in the room varied from freezing to hot with nothing in between.
The only thing I have to review is the elevators, if they actually open and come when they are called, they are verrryyyyy slowwww.

We loved our stay. The beds were so comfortable.
Hotel was in good shape though you could tell it was a bit older. Perfectly fine and the price was right. Area hotels are pricey.
I was very impressed with location, cleanliness and how friendly staff was. Great breakfast buffet as well.
I made the mistake of booking this room by logging into the hotel website. A 3rd party scheduled the room as requested but $355.49!! No refunds of course. Be careful when renting a room. You should only use IHG website.
