Loved the location, front desk staff ok. Bar/restaurant could use better management.
We enjoyed our stay at the Westin. It was extremely close to MEPS as we were in town to send our son off to basic training. Our room was nice.
After waiting almost an hour for a room, we get our key card and go to the room to walk in and scare another lady. Back to the desk, get another room, missed the opening act at the concert we were headed to across the street at Busch Stadium. Will probably never stay there again.
For the $$, not worth it, had a pizza, not done at all, bar server had NO help, other than being close to stadium, would never stay here again. Also, ice machine on my floor didn’t work, maybe a 2.5 stars place, but they charge like a five star place.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was amazing. The hotel was very close to the baseball park and Cardinal's village. Great restaurant and bar.
Comfortable beds, quiet night sleep. Best of all, close to Busch Stadium and metro.
We thought for sure they had upgraded us to a suite because the room is so large and the bath is super nice with a tub and a walk-in shower. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I don’t want to stay anywhere else when we come to St. Louis!
