Beautiful Place
We were in Chicago for a concert at the Allstate Arena and it was a perfect location for doing there. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

I made an error in my reservation and they were accommodating in correcting without charging for a cancellation. Excellent service.
After missing my connecting flight home (late in the evening) I needed a place to stay. The hotel was new/new like, very clean and very comfortable. The girl at check-in was super nice and accommodating and when the bartender, Ian, heard I had not had a meal, he heated up his own dinner, insisted I eat it and kept the lights on for me to do so. 100% the nicest collective group of people I've ever met in the service industry!
