I called the hotel to book four rooms. Turns out I was forwarded to a third party. When I had to call and cancel one of our rooms two days before check in I was told they were non refundable. Holiday Inn Express would not give me a refund. I will never book with Holiday Inn Express again. The front desk person told me three more guests had the same experience after I checked in.
Easy check in and the room was just what we wanted.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. My grandsons really enjoyed the pool and slide! Free breakfast was good.
