I needed a room for the night given my flight was canceled. The hotel smells like mold and rooms dated. I wasn't given a 30 min late check out.
The food was great and room was nice and clean.
We greatly enjoyed our stay. Courteous staff, excellent breakfast and cocktail hour.
Sean was excellent. We were traveling because of a death in the family, a sad occasion made much more comfortable by Sean’s compassion! He acknowledged the reason for our visit in a very caring tone. The lobby was busy but he took the time to acknowledge us. Great hospitality! Please acknowledge him in some special way like he did for my husband and me.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The 5:30-7:30 reception happy hour was great!

I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and spacious. I loved the breakfast, there were lots of hot and cold items to choose from. The hotel was steps away from my conference at the convention center. There were lots of restaurants to walk to.
The staff were amazing in all areas. Two minor issues were addressed asap and settled with great attitudes.
