Hotel is beautiful in a convenient location. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our waitress at the restaurant took extra efforts and it was very appreciated. No garage but the parking garage down the street worked fine. My only issues were items in the room. after paying over $400/night for a room, to charge us for a bottle of water in the room seems really tacky and 'chintzy'. Also, I've had better towels at a Holiday Inn. very thin, scratchy and cheap. My only complaints. Otherwise a great stay. Thank you.
I would definitely stay here again. Great service. Black mold in shower was my only concern.
Hotel room was clean.
We enjoyed the building's unique architecture, rooms and the Grange restaurant. The Sinatra Tribute band was great and was the draw that brought us there. We had a great time.
