upon arriving back into the hotel, we stopped at the front desk, which we had to stand there for at least two minutes before the young lady came out to the desk. When she came out, she did not greet us. Overall, she acted like we interrupted her. She Did not say hello was not professional all she said was “yes” she did not smile, did not look at us, we asked for washcloths she just said here. Not have a good day thank you for staying with us. Nothing she was unprofessional. That was the only thing I did not like about that hotel and I don’t know if I will be back. The breakfast was great, and the beds were comfortable.
The staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. I like the new furniture in the room especially the new look on the window.
