So dirty. Especially carpet. Is not working good. Nobody come and fix yet. I call reception. Three times today. Nobody come and fix it. Poor Wi Fi.
No cleaning of room or change of linen.
Enjoyed my stay.
You can see the scratches on our room door where someone evidently tried to break in the room prior to our arrival. When we booked the room we were told only one room was available and we were told to pay in full. However when we arrived there was no evidence of a sold out hotel. In fact very few cars were in the parking lot and we didn't see a lot of guests. The ones we did see looked like shady characters. Saturday the WiFi went out and didn't come back on until the next day. We stayed five nights but they never cleaned our room or asked us if we would like fresh towels. The faucet in the bathroom barely gave a trickle of water. If I was a bird I would be starved. We bought bleach and a scrubbing sponge to clean the bathtub on the first day to clean what should have been cleaned. We will not be staying there again.
We are in the process of transitioning various areas of our hotel to more environmentally friendly and sustainability. Our rooms are equipped with dispensers for shampoo and conditioner as to have less of an impact with plastics. Documents are submitted and maintained on secured drives to cut down on paper usage. We are setting monthly goals and challenges to maintain our green certification in the future.
