We had a 1st Floor room. Stayed two nights. Check in was very easy. Staff very pleasant. Plenty of parking. Right in town and directly on the beach. We had king bed with pull out sofa. A lot of tables. Room seemed cramped. Room needed a little updating but overall very nice. Beach access was terrific. Staff provided chairs, umbrella and towels brought directly onto the beach. Great service. The pool was very nice. The property is very clean. Easy walk to everything Montauk. Would recommend this hotel.
