I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Our room was spacious. The bathroom was large and had a separate area for the toilet and shower. The pool was small, but the water was warm. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had and we tried several items from their dinner menu, which were excellent. They had a lovely patio where we ate dinner. All in all, great hotel in a great location. Will seek out Hyatt Place next time I need a hotel.
The hotel was super clean and new. Perfect for our short stay. Ivan was an amazing staff member. Kind and helpful.
We decided to check out early to get in a hike in the Grand Canyon. We met Nick at the front desk. He was alert, high functioning and extremely pleasant. When my partner inquired about some hot tea and a bagel, Nick was extremely accommodating and helped us out. The fuel helped sustain us and keep us alert while driving in the dark to see the sunset. Thanks Nick!
