The hotel, the experience, our room was all very nice…but you charge guests $13 for WiFi after I paid nearly $1000 for one night? Not a good look. Also, I booked on line (like I'm sure most guests do) and was automatically charged $75 for cancellation insurance and there was no way to opt out of this. After making several phone calls, I was finally able to get that refunded. I'm pretty sure such a charge is legally supposed to be optional, not having that option seems dishonest if not criminal. I filed a report with the BBB.
