From the Valet welcoming me to One Ocean, making parking hassle free. Walking into the spacious lobby set the tone of casual elegance. Check in was a breeze, front desk associate very personable and helpful. Fabulous room overlooking the ocean was well appointed, and clean including the balcony furniture. I ordered room service, my selection wasn't available and an associate actually came to me to apologize..how fabulous! The blessing came when the Venison was available and my dinner order was fulfilled. Delicious! Room service attendants for my dinner and breakfast gave me first class service. Gold stars to all!

Everyone at One Ocean is courteous and friendly. The room was clean and serviced daily. The pool is kept well and towels provided. The pool restaurant/bar provided excellent food and service. This hotel truly is a resort and spa.

Wonderful place to stay. The people that work there are always so pleasant and helpful. It is always very clean. The perfect location on the water and walkable to all the stores and restaurants in the area. Just a great experience. Will always stay there if we're in Jacksonville.
