The hotel looked like a newer place. It seemed well maintained and all of the furniture was comfortable. All of the appliances worked and I didn't see a single burned out light, not even outside. There were no holes in the walls or poorly patched ones. No broken porcelain. The pool was clean and the breakfast buffet was good. The lady at the front desk was the star of our stay. She welcomed us with a beautiful sincere smile. I asked if there was a room on the first floor and she was happy to oblige. She asked if we wanted to know about local attractions. I don't see that level of interest from a hotel very often. That evening when I was returning with dinner I had a sudden attack from a lung problem and made it inside breathing with difficulty. I slowly communicated to this precious soul to call my wife and ask her to bring my oxygen. She did. Later my wife told me this young woman called her in a way that didn't scare her but let her know I needed help. You, my friend, have employed one that we all hope to hire. I will be back to stay. I have stayed here many times while conducting business at Ascension Providence and have never had a bad experience. The desk staff are always incredibly pleasant and helpful, the rooms spacious with so many amenities. I recommend this to many colleagues as the best place to stay.
