Property Description

Parkwood Inn & Suites is an independent locally owned boutique style hotel. We offer a complimentary hot breakfast each morning,a fitness center, business center and conference room for up to 60 persons. Our preferred caterers can cater in for you allowing for a reduced rental rate on the conference space. However; your group can provide meals on its own or use a caterer of choice. All guest rooms have memory foam mattresses, refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker w/complimentary K-Cups, iron & ironing board, 32 inch flat screen TV w/DVD player and hairdryer. You can pick up a complimentary DVD from our 300+ movie selection available in our lobby. Our patio overlooks Longs Park across the street. The park has a new playground, picnic area and is a great place for pet walking. There is free WIFI throughout the entire hotel. Room rates are generally based on double occupancy. Children under age 17 are free with adults. We are a pet friendly hotel and provide your furry friend with treats upon arrival if requested. WE NOW OFFER EXTENDED STAY OPTIONS AND RATES ARE PRICED ACCORDINGLY!

Our Longview Conference Room is a recent addition to Parkwood. It is perfect for meetings, events, and conferences for up to 64 persons depending on type of function. Your group may choose to cater in with the caterer of your choice. Our sales department is happy to assist with any needs and questions or recommend caterers within the area. Your group may choose to bring in alcohol. An additional refundable damage deposit of $250.00 will be held when the group does have alcohol on property.
