There was always someone friendly and helpful at front desk, even late. Good breakfast with attentive and friendly staff. The carpet in the hall is colorful and clean, which speaks to the rest of the hotel. My room was perfectly in order, with zero "hotel smell," including chemical smells.

Jacqueline went above and beyond trying to accommodate us; offering us water and snacks and checked us in as soon as she was able.
