The hotel was great location in proximity to the subway which was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. The fire alarm going off 12:15 am, 12:30 am, 1:15am and 1:30am our first night due to a glitch in the system then being told it was fixed and to have it go off at 2:15am the second night was frustrating and made it very difficult to stay awake for the conferences I was attending in the city. Understanding this was out of the hotels control and completely unintentional still a little disappointed in the lack of apology.
