I stayed at the Williamsville La Quinta for three nights by myself. I have previously stayed in the one in Lackawana. Night and Day! What a difference. The gentleman who checked me in was kind, friendly and thorough. He mentioned there was coffee, juice and Yogurt and fruit available 24 hours. Wow! the other one. I was lucky to get a cup of coffee on the morning.. This one was so clean and pristeen. the other was not so much. The volume on my TV remote did not work and I could not turn the TV off. The next day, I left a note for the housekeeping people. When I returned later that day two gentlmen were at the front ddesk, telling me they fixed it. It had to be rebooted. They told me about the gym upstairs but it was bascally bicycle and treadmill. Well, I use a cane, so I did not use it. The breakfast provided was cold and hot, clean area and all containers were full all the time. I can't wait to stay there again. The rate was phenomenal too. Kudos staff at the La Quinta in Willimsville.

This is an older LaQuinta that has been completely redone on the inside. The property and the room were very clean and welcoming. Clive was a wonderful host and the check in was easy. Not only that, but he patiently showed me no less than three times how to work the remote for the TV! A very good experience for us! Recommended!
