The one part of our stay there that was excellent and surpassed expectations was the patio outside our rooms. It allowed the family to gather there and was a definite highlight of our family reunion. All other facets were clearly above average and nothing was poor or terrible. The kitchenette in the rooms made this place quite special.

Kitchenettes and bathrooms were wonderful. Rude front desk clerk he was an older gentleman with gray hair and wore glasses. Rude, unwelcoming and crass on more than one occasion. Staff came off as innapropriately managed and unprofessional. Not up to professional hospitality standards and practices. Bar manager at the splash lounge came off as more concerned with making drinks and receiving tips than managing his staff. No clear directions for contacting the front desk on the room phone nor in the hotel manual. The pool was very merky and dirty.
