The room we stayed in, was very nice. Checking in was a breeze. They even had a free shuttle to the airport. The front desk staff was very friendly.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express has mixed reviews: Staff were friendly and helpful, on the other hand, My room didn't get cleaned the first day I was there (1 of four days). After a long day out with my family, who also stayed in four other rooms at the same time, I was tired and very disappointed; the shutter bus took One and a half Hours to Pick us up from the airport; waffle Machine broken all four days; I prepaid for My Room I pay about $200 more than my family. I would like for The corporate office to address and rectify this cost.
