This is our first time staying at the Hampton Inn on the Parkway in Gatlinburg. We booked it for the value but were amazed by the property's amenities free breakfast, plentiful toiletries including ear plugs, mouth wash, fingernail Emory board, etc. Plus a smart TV with Netflix and Disney Plus (w/ auto log off upon check out), free breakfast (not many G'burg hotels offer this anymore), great location on the main drag with patio area and large gas fire pit. The front desk, breakfast and cleaning staff were super nice including Shaina. Great remodel! Only drawback is that all hotels in G'burg charge $15 + tax daily to park your car onsite. We will definitely stay here again.

Very close entrance to the park… big plus cause you don't have to fight the traffic.. also our favorite restaurant, Howard's, is across the street! Plenty of great eating places very close by!

OUR HOTEL IS NESTLED RIGHT IN THE HEART OF GATLINBURG. WE ARE ONLY 2 BLOCKS TO THE ENTRANCE TO THE GREAT SMOKEY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK. WE HAVE ROOMS WITH 1 DOUBLE HANDICAP, 2 QUEEN BEDS, 1 KING BED/GAS FIRPLACE, 1 QUEEN BED/SOFA SLEEPER, KING/GAS FIRPLACE/WHIRLPOOL TUB AND 1 KING SUITE. ALL ROOMS HAVE PRIVATE BALCONIES EXCEPT FOR THE SUITE. WE OFFER OUR FREE "ON THE HOUSE" HOT BREAKFAST AND FREE WIRELESS INTERNET.
