Check in was easy. Lobby is expansive and inviting. The staff is helpful and friendly. My room was on the 7th floor and was very nice. Never had to wait more than one minute for elevator, regardless the time of day. Convenient to everything. The Ala Moana Mall is accessible from the 2nd floor onto a breezeway. Just a very nice stay for me!
