Valerie in group sales was awesome and very professional. The majority of our experience was wonderful. They gave our driver a late check-out with no problem and the facility (especially breakfast) was perfectly suitable. However, one room of ladies in our tour group came in one night to a broken A/C unit. They were moved to another room with no air at all. When maintenance finally arrived (not Eric, they said he was nice and apologetic), there was no apology or offer to help with bags moving to the 2nd floor with no elevator. They were irritated enough to call me at 11 pm and let me know. Other than that and a group of about 12 girls running up and down the halls at 1 am, everything was fine. Would probably stay again. Price was great and breakfast was wonderful.

One of the rooms didn't have a clip for the curtain, so the heat kept going up the window. I couldn't figure out how to adjust the heat for consistency. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in the area. Kudos to the kitchen. As the coordinator of our group to the area, I was glad the breakfast was available for a great and quick start of the day. On the other hand, one of the outside doors broke and wouldn't accept our security key. The tiling on the stairs was excessively cracked and we didn't see an elevator to use.

Thank you, Debra! I very much appreciate you review and your kind words. I apologize you had some confusion working the heater in your room. Keep in mind for the future, the heater adjusts on a high or low setting of your preference of cooler or hotter. I appreciate you letting us know about the trouble you experienced with one of the outside entrances. Our AM maintenance worker has addressed the issue and the door properly operates. Within the next couple of weeks, we are installing an elevator to ease access to the second floor. I am very glad you enjoyed out hot breakfast buffet! I am very excited to announce we will be adding a few additional items to accompany the breakfast. Again, thank you for taking the time to review your group stay and I hope to see you again in the future!

Property Description

Well appointed guest rooms are equipped with free high speed WiFi, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. Complimentary breakfast is included for our guests! We have a newly renovated lobby with a cozy fireplace and expanded seating area for the comfort of your guests. Business center, heated indoor pool & seasonal outdoor pool are on site for guests enjoyment. Our full-service hotel is complete with an in-house restaurant(open for breakfast and dinner with room service available at those times) and lounge. Also available, we offer 2400 sq. ft. of meeting space which can be used as a whole or divided into three sections of 800 each. We also have a smaller room for groups of fewer people.
