I booked this room with the reservation employee, asking if I could cancel within 10 min because I thought my husband might have already made an appointment. He said, “Absolutely, especially if it's within 10 min. Our policy is 24 hour notice but this will be no problem.” I called back in three minutes and was given prompt after prompt with recording after recording. Shame on them! You have been warned!
