I accidentally made a reservation at this hotel instead of the one 800 yards away where my friend was staying. Wow this one was an upgrade from the other one: quieter, much nicer bathroom, high quality breakfast. Glad I made a mistake!

I was charged twice for the two rooms I booked for three nights. Local staff said they couldn't help me and third party said it was the local hotels charge and their responsibility to credit the duplicate charge, I.e., neither party took responsibility. When trying to resolve the problem (May two at 8:30am), the office attendant was rude, short and condescending. Acted like I was bothering her. Will never come back here.

Arrived early but had called day before and all good. I was asked several times how I got to hotel and why only one suitcase. After explaining my sister had serious medical issues, she finally said okay then asked why only one suitcase. After 20 min of questioning I finally got room on 2nd floor, had requested 1st floor due to knees. I am a BW member and then accused of smoking in my room, Marijuana! Didn't even have anything like that! So cancel my membership, will NOT go to another Best Western!
