"Disappointing maintenance, confusion re: reservation."

I stayed four nights, May 20 23. The microwave was working, the faucet. I didn't point this out while there. Most disappointing was my experience making the initial reservation by phone and being told that once I was there, I could cancel any remaining reservations” at any time,” then after arriving being told that was not the case. I initially made reservation ms for two nights, May 20 21, then extended for two more nights, May 22 23. When I later checked to confirm this, I was told Baymont's records indicated I had extended for four nights through May 25. When I tried to clarify this with Jenny, she told me that sometimes reservations by different people with the same can cause this, but it didn't look like that's what happened. At that point she said I would need to cancel May 24 25 reservations early on May 24, then follow up with 3rd party for a refund. Fortunately she kept working on it and on May 23 told me she had discovered that there was a different Cantrell who had made reservations for those dates and that she would correct my bill. Please express my thanks to her for caring to find out what had actually happened and making it right. In no way should she be blamed for this.

wasn't happy with our stay bathroom light was going on and off, hair on bathroom floor I have a picture and sink handle was under mirror I have a picture also in that.

Baymont Inn & Suites Murfreesboro is conveniently located just 2 left turns off of interstate 24, exit 78B. We offer a meeting space that is 25x50, 1250 square foot for the full room. It will seat up to 100 guests. Along with the meeting room, we can offer food and beverage services, audio & visual services, and outside catering. Meeting room guests can purchase our full breakfast at a charge of $5.00 per person. There are 111 rooms in the hotel, smoking and non-smoking rooms are available. The hotel is pet freindly. We have a beautiful seasonal outdoor pool, fitness center, business center, guest laundry facility, complimentary local gym membership, complimentary internet, and complimentary full breakfast (in-house guest only). We have the Best Staff in town available to you 24 hours a day. We look forward to accommodating you!
