The Buffalo Spirit! Gabriel's Gate and Colter Bay taverns are excellent for Buffalo food and atmosphere with friendly staff.
Family live there. Pleanty of churches.
I live in Hamburg my hubby and I took a night to go to see Canadian Christmas lights.
Christmas decorations were very nice and the barbecue place we went to was very good.
The Museums ,art galleries and coffee shops
Everything was very walkable. Nice eateries, bars and things to do. The murals throughout the city are beautiful.
Niagara Falls only 20 minutes away.
Good restaurant (Inizio, Northern Italian); visited fine collection at AKG Buffalo and enjoyed Martin House tour.
I love the airport. In and out is a breeze.
We had a wonderful dinner at the nearby Anchor bar. We were there to visit the Roswell cancer institute and this hotel made that trip so convenient.

Niagra Falls on both the American side and Canadian side are a must see, and do. Pictures don't do it justice. I recommend the All Inclusive Niagra Falls Day/Night Illumination Tour & Boat, the Double Decker Bus Tour, Canalside WWII Veterans Memorial Walk & the ferry ride, The Zoo, The Aquarium, and the Hot Air Balloon Ride on Main Street - that's all on the American side. On the Canadian side, I recommend the Skylon Tower Revolving Restaurant, Niagra Speedway (go-kart racing), and Niagra Skywheel. The sights are breathtaking, but especially at night when the lights come on. The rainbow at the Niagra Falls is beautiful. We learned about the history of the Niagra Falls and Buffalo, New York by taking the two tour excursions. There are plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops, and self-walking

We were very impressed with what Buffalo is doing to regain its status as a top American city. Canalside, a wonderful public park, was so nice that we went twice! Folks we encountered in our various explorations were so friendly and helpful...We gained a much better understanding and appreciation of the Erie Canal...Thank you Buffalo!

Basilica downtown, Niagara falls of course is a must. Botanical garden, City Hall, canal side with the boats and monuments, the list goes on and on.
We live in Silver Creek and stayed there because of an early flight out the next day.

I noticed Buffalo is as majestic in places as it is depressed in others. Downtown is incredible though. Being close to the water helps! Polar opposites and not much in between. A typical American city really. Overall Buffalo is lovely!

I am a buffalo resident. I took my grandchildren there to be able to enjoy the pool and the Jacuzzi and have a mini day spa!
We enjoyed visiting the Key Bank Arena to watch a Sabre's game. It was easy to get in and out of the Arena. Buffalo had some good shopping options and lots of restaurants to choose from.
Airport is so easy to get through. Niagara Falls is amazing. No wonder it's the 7th wonder of the world. Downtown is easy to get around. Niagara Falls Outlet Mall and Walden Galleria Mall have excellent shopping
