The Westin San Francisco Market Street is a bold, lovely property that is a perfect example of the highly-regarded "Westin Image". Meaning, if you have stayed with nearly any Westin property, you know what you can come to expect from this one. The interiors of each space (sleeping rooms, meeting rooms, and common areas) are modern and sleek, with very clean lines and ergonomically pleasing furnishings. Westin stakes their claim on being able to "refresh" their visitors, which I can imagine as everything seemed/looked/smelled very fresh and a bit spa-like. They are famous for their amazing beds, and the bathrooms also seemed spacious and relaxing. I was also a fan of their floor-to-ceiling windows in each sleeping room. Westin is a phenomenal choice for any meeting or event and this one can handle up to 1200 guests in their ballroom or any group from 12 - 150 in one of their 17 meeting rooms. One thing that I very much liked, which is unique to this hotel, was their massive restaurant and outdoor patio, which had a distinctly bold, leathery, luxurious, stylish feel to it. It seemed like an excellent place to host a dinner. Everything about Westin is built to accommodate groups, and the restaurant is a great example of that (tons of group booths in spaces that were designed to keep diners from overlapping one another). They also have an excellent location on Market street, providing your intention is to be within the hustle-and-bustle of downtown. I have not one bad thing to say about this hotel - if your event calls for modern, sleek, fresh-feeling accommodations, Westin is a great choice.
