Key largo is laid back and friendly. Easily walkable or drivable.
The bird refuge, restaurants like Fish house, Big Chill and Hobo for local flare with key lime all over. Also loved Key Largo parasailing. Otherwise we went to Islamorada to Robbie's!
Your staff, Jennifer, at the Front Desk, Antoine, at the breakfast, lady (sorry forgot her name)….EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES. Could not have been nicer. Rest of the staff were also so pleasant…would definitely return!
Lots to do even for non divers and the food from fine dining to a quick meal was excellent! All of the locals are friendly… smiles all around!!!

John Pennecamp state park is close by, glass bottom boat and rentals to do any kind of water sports and fishing trips galore plus shopping. Awesome place to visit and why we go back every year.
