two of the three elevators never worked and we had a cheer comp to get ready for so as we were on the 8th floor and couldn't wait around we had to hike it up and down several times. The hallways smelled like sewer and the fire alarm went off at 7. The Starbucks was never staffed.

We were very pleased with our good sized room at Hyatt. I liked the couch area as well as the comfortable bed. The breakfast each day was wonderful. I really liked that there was always staff cleaning the common areas with care. Also the front desk staff was very friendly. It was a great location and I took advantage of the nice walk around the water each day.
