I was pleasantly surprised by my accommodations here. I didn't have a reservation but they accommodated my request for a first floor pet room. When my GrubHub order did not arrive, the attentive manager called a next door hotel to see if it was accidentally left there. Nope. But I sure appreciated the extra effort.
