Check in was at three I arrived at five and my room was not ready do to under staffed. There was a sign that ALL employees were to wear a mask but the front desk women was NOT. As we went to our room the hallway smelled like a large ash tray. Two years ago I stayed here and it was great but not this time. I was have to say from 1_10 I would give 3.
