EVERY person (four front desk, one cook and three housekeeping) were friendly, inviting and seemed happy. Although we booked the wrong Home2Suites, the workers here made us forget about the extra 17 mile ride due to their pleasant welcoming spirit.

I would like to mention they charged me for a pet fee. I paid the fee. I told them the fee was paid online when I booked. Could you refund me. They said they are for the pet fee not online. I said okay I will follow up on that particular charge.

When I checked in I told the clerk I had reservations for two rooms for two nights each. One room was already paid in full through "Get a room.com." The other room was reserved through the hotel. He said okay he saw that on the computer. Next day I noticed I had been charged for both rooms. I talked with the hotel manager and she said "Get a room.com" had given them a bad credit card that was declined, but it would only take a second for her to contact them and get this resolved. Well the next day I went down to the desk and discovered she had not called them and the charge was still on my card. She sent word that she was too busy to come out and assist me in getting this corrected. I had to catch a flight so the clerk said he would resolve it and return the money to my card. I called the next day and he said give it a couple of days to show up on my account. After a couple of days the money showed back on my account BUT the next day Home2 Suites charged my account again and took the money back from my account. They never contact me with any explanation. I have paid double for a room. The manager, Ms Brunson was very unprofessional in not handling this and especially not taking the time to come out and talk to me or call me. No one at Home two Suites has attempted to contact me on the matter. I have made this known to the Better Business Bureau.

Stay was everything I expected and more. Hotel staff was fantastic, especially Kiana. I ask a lot of questions and each time she was pleasant, professional and immediately addressed all my directional needs. Looking forward to our next stay.

This hotel is outstanding. Also, being a pet friendly hotel makes it even better. The rooms were big and spacious. The bathroom vanity was very modern. The free breakfast was a nice touch. The staff were all very friendly. The only thing that could be improved is the window blind lets a lot of light in at night. So that could be a problem for some people. It was fine for me.
