We chose thos hotel for the nice pool. The pool was empty and "closed for the season" when we arrived. In July. Apparently smoking rooms are still a thing in GA, cool but I have a kid worh asthma and the website didn't say it was a smoking room. I asked to switch to non smoking and they told me no. Just straight faced, no explanation, no. They were rude from the beginning when I walked in. I've never left a bad review and I actually like Best Western hotels. I could get a refund because I booked through a third party site that offered cancelation protection. They said my reason for canceling wasn't good enough so I lost the money. So be it, my sons health is more important than money. But it's the last time I'll book woth Best Western.
