Start your day with breakfast our sumptuous breakfast buffet, served between 8:30 and 10:00. It’s always a healthy, ample meal with low sugar, good protein, and locally sourced ingredients from a center of organic farms and the slow food movement. You’ll wake to the aroma of coffee being ground for early risers. We serve a hot egg dish like Spinach-Mushroom Baked Eggs or Almond Meal Buttermilk Pancakes. Or perhaps breakfast will be White Cheddar and Dijon baked eggs, a frittata, Scrambled Eggs with Boursin and Salmon, or Cinnamon Baked French Toast with local Maple syrup or fruit sauce. We also have steel cut oats and Bola Granola and Greek yogurt each morning plus either cooked or fresh fruit depending on the season and homemade baked goods in addition to Berkshire Mountain Breads, juices, freshly ground coffee and Harney Teas. We can accommodate special diets upon advance request.
