The woman at the front desk to check us in and out was wonderful and helpful. The night security was pretty rude.. we had late games and were trying to feed about 15 kids really quickly but we were kicked out of several common areas and ended up in the parking lot. I understand the need for rules was it was handled very poorly. The next night there was a very intoxicated man trying to repeatedly talk to small children and not security/ hotel personnel in sight.
