Property Description
Our location in the exciting, St. John's Towncenter is a one of a kind. We are the only hotel located in the “life style” center which offers over 180 upscale restaurants, shops and entertainment options – all within walking distance. This has been exciting to all of the guests as this allows them the convenience of walking out our door to the conveniences of everything a shopping meca has to offer. Our guests also have the luxury of always feeling the safety with all interior entrances, as well as knowing that Simon Mall provides 24 hour security for the Town Center. We are centrally located off I-295 and JT Butler Blvd., the hotel is easily accessible to major freeways and access routes. Our St. Johns Meeting Room is 685 Square feet – Rental of space includes: Tables, chairs, white linens, table skirts, writing pads, pens, WIFI, whiteboard, candy dish, outlet power strips and complimentary water station. Please be aware that no food, beverage, music or confetti is allowed into our function space.
