Arrived with a rental car at 1030pm and were told the parking lot was full. Had to make alternate arrangements but quickly found that parking is impossible to find. Got into the room and found a few things neglected by house keeping no coffee pods, no conditioner and the TV remote was CAKED in grime. Front desk was able to replace all items. Finally, the elevator system is terribly inefficient. With waits well over five minutes we just started using the stairs, but that's not ideal if you've got beach gear and several flights of stairs. I wouldn't stay here again.

Lucked out to get the room. Great balcony view of Wakiki beach and Kalakaua Avenue. The down is there is no microwave. A little outside noise. This is the standard room.
