Property Description

It is with great pleasure that we commit to making your time with us a success. The building, is an icon in the city with prominent views all around, features a series of luxurious yet straightforward room types. The Dewberry is a thoughtful home away from home and offers world-class Restaurants and a Rooftop with unmatched panoramic views of the city and surrounding area. The Spa at The Dewberry interior seems simultaneously timeless and contemporary. The use of wood, stone and beautifully lit spaces will transform you to a place of total relaxation. Amenities include a steam area, relaxation lounge, nail salon, five treatment rooms and a couples treatment room. The rooms at the Dewberry are an expression of Southern Modernism – the combination of the tried and true materials of the South, with the sensibility of the modern building that is the Dewberry. Armoires, instead of closets, include hand-painted wallpaper by local artist Becca Barnet, and are crafted by Stickley out of mahogany and linen. Desks, bars, and custom mahogany wall units evoke a sense of timeless luxury. The Dewberry offers 155 well appointed guest rooms with 48 suites available for upgrades. The hotels' unique spaces can accommodate anywhere from 10 -150 guests. The Ballroom, Boardroom and he Walled Garden each present a unique interpretation of the historically renovated building all within steps of the magical city of Charleston.
