The hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel is nicely renovated. However the shower was extremely slippery and I almost fell getting into it. Also the A/C unit was loud when it shut off which made it hard to sleep. I also wish they had firmer pillows, I ended up calling down to the front desk in order to get more pillows. For the price I don't think it was worth it for us.

We had a bad experience with reservations so we have to post a low score. Their website to this hotel had wrong number that connected to a 3rd party that charged $50 more. Hotel would not work with this even though I had all the valid proof. Next morning I logged on to their site again and it showed that number was blocked. So it was indeed not legit and not a number I looked for like Expedia etc. it was an account in the end that no one had heard of.

Eagle Creek Airport and the Indianapolis International Airport are both less than 25 miles away, but before you fly out, you have to check out our beautiful downtown area, a city center like no other. Once you've arrived at our hotel, you'll find a lot of great amenities waiting for you in your room. Need to get some work done while you're with us? We offer complimentary high-speed internet access in every guest room. Work on your laptop on large desk and type away while you watch TV. Or simply listen to your favorite kind of music on your room's inroom alarm clark radio.
