I mistakenly booked the wrong night and mgmt could not see why I shouldn't be charges. Lack of professionalism and class. Super robotic. No empathy for my mistake. So I paid for a two night stay with one night I. The room. Not recommended.

Staff were helpful,room was comfortable with one exception, price was reasonable. The exception: I could not get the heating unit to produce any heat. All I got on its digital screen was "LC.".
