This is an older hotel that is more like a motel, but it was clean, comfortable, included a continental breakfast and was a good price. The staff were very kind and there's a great little market across the street. It's nothing fancy, but it's perfect for a short stay. No complaints at all.

The North Vancouver Hotel is conveniently situated between the North Shore Mountains and Vancouver Harbour. The Hotel is within 10 minutes of downtown Vancouver and the top three attractions. The world famous Stanley park, Capilano suspension bridge and Grouse Mountain are all minutes away. Park Royal shopping centre and many award winning restaurants are blocks away. Ten minutes across the Lions gate bridge and you are right in downtown, the centre of Vancouver's nightlife. The sights and sounds of the west coast are at your door, golf, tennis and water sports compete with shopping, fine dining, and theater for your pleasure. Skiing at Grouse Mountain, Seymour Mountain, or Cypress bowl 2010 Winter Olympics Venue is just minutes away, while the world-renowned whistler and Blackcomb Mountains are just over an hour north.
