I loved working with Jennifer Roberts! Her professionalism, access and follow through was what I would expect of any service organization. Jennifer, actually, exceeded my expectations in terms of accommodating our needs. I was not overly enamored with the facility, itself. the heating, in the room, required attention, the TV kept going on and off, the elevators were questionable (one was not working) and the breakfast buffet was not very appealing.

Amazing hotel with INCREDIBLE STAFF! The Back Porch Restaurant food is delicious and the bartender makes one of the BEST MARGARITAS in the world! Hotel Staff goes above and beyond all expectations! The kids loved the Waterpark! If you are looking for a fun, family hotel, the Adams Mark is the place to go!
