It was a cool weekend in Miami. My room temperature was in the 60s upon arrival. I attempted to warm the room up by turning the thermostat to 80 degrees. After an hour or so, I noticed the room was not warming up. I called guest services to report the issue. Maintenance came to the room and advised he could not fix the problem that day. The maintenance guy advised he would return the next day to fix the problem. Maintenance did not come back to fix the problem. The ice make in the freezer did not make ice either. The front desk brought up extra sheets and covers and a bag of ice for us. Was not very pleased with my experience.
