We booked with this company thinking we were taking to Motel 6. The motel we stayed at was not safe. The booking people did not tell us the reservation was no. Refundable until after her our money. Never using this ripoff company again.

"Can’t lock door with dead bolt."

Hotel suggested that you lock room with dead bolt because of neighborhood. We couldn't lock the door from the outside. Additionally, the bathtub was so slippery it was a hazard getting in and out. My wife couldn't take a shower because of the risk of falling. We had booked for four nights, but left after one night.
