We asked to have sheets changed on one of the beds because my husband takes blood thinners and had bled on them. Bobbie from housekeeping not only changed the sheets, she cleaned the entire room. Way more than we asked for. When we walked back in the room was immaculate. Can't say how pleased we were with what she did. My husband offered her a tip and she didn't want to take it. Said she was just doing her job. So refreshing. He did track her down in another room and made her take the tip.

If I could review separate areas, it would be higher in some, lower in others. My bathroom/shower/soap/shampoo were amazing. I wish I could have taken the cool dispensers and the lemon soap and lotion home! The room was never cleaned though, even though I was there for three days and my fridge did not work. However, the staff was very nice and friendly.
