I first want to day that D'Maya was excellent.bshe cared about my concern (billing) and assisted me with stay with a professional demeanor. The property could use a little attention. I did not have soap in my shower along with other family members who stayed there. The back outdoor patio are was ok, but needed some attention. The grill needs to be replaced and during my entire stay the pool was closed. The ladies restroom on the first floor was closed one night which made me have to hike the stairs or elevator and continuously go to my room to use the restroom.

Property Description

This all Suite extended stay hotel is nestled in the heart of Albany, Georgia. There are 80 rooms with 35 double queen rooms, 29 King rooms and 16 One-bedroom suites. Each room has a full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, 2-burner stovetop (One-Bedroom Suites has a 4-burner full oven). The property boasts an illustrious private outdoor area with a pool and a covered pavilion with 2 gas grills. Ther is a boardroom that holds up to 10 people that can be used for small meetings and meet and greets. This property also has a 24-hour gym and laundry room.
