We visited Canopy two yrs. ago, and enjoyed the experience so much, we did not even consider an alternative when staying at the San Antonio Riverwalk area in 2024. From the valet svc. to reception, restaurants staff and hotel crew, each aspect of hospitality was helpful and welcoming. I was very pleased to see another guest, checking out at the same time as us, ask to speak w/ the mgr., then give glowing praise along w/ a large tip for the hotel hospitality staff members. We truly hope to visit again! By the way, valet recommendations on local restaurants were very helpful. We especially enjoyed Biga on the Banks again! Thank you for all of your efforts on behalf of a happy guest. Liz.
